Using this website

This website belongs to Kendra Pence Photography, St. Joseph, Illinois. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Booking requests

Sending a session request does not charge you and is not yet a confirmed booking. Your date is booked once Kendra confirms it and your non-refundable retainer is paid. The session balance is due on the day of your session.

Photos and video

All photos and video on this site are the work of Kendra Pence Photography and are protected by copyright. Do not copy, edit or reuse them without written permission. Clients receive download and printing rights for the images included in their package.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts on our booking form, you agree to receive messages about your request and, if you chose it, about openings and offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and reply STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
